Beginning
Word of Life Christen Center originated in July, 1996 under the direction of the Holy Spirit and the willing hearts of Pastors George and Barbara Ford. The Spirit of God guided them from Columbus, Ohio to Farmington, New Mexico to begin a church that focused on the needs of people in the Four Corners area.
Spreading truth and saving souls is the heart of their mission and helping people understand that having a relationship with God will be the most important decision made in their lifetime.

New Word of Life
Word of Life Christian Center started in a renovated video store on Bloomfield Highway that seated 125 people and within 10 years moved to a Church building with a seating of 650 people
